Local attractions include the Eric Morecambe statue, bowling alley, cinema, Laser Zone, The Dome and The Platform.

The views across the bay are second to none. Just down the road is the historic city of Lancaster with the castle and various museums including the Maritime Museum. Lancaster is also very good for shopping with lots of high street stores.

The Lake District is only a short car drive away and Leighton Moss bird reserve is very close by in Silverdale.
